How to run (and win) in continental terrain?
i morgon kväll ska jag prata om skogar och rätt orienteringsteknik i Tjeckien och grannländer. Här finns det min karta, som vi ska tala i morgon (tomorrow with my routechoices):

And she also spent a lot of time with you, thats why she is really big expert for czech terains!!!

You need to be fast on the "hard surface", forest is like "park" -> run Gärderud´s training!
You need to be strong in running uphill!
You need to learn "what is czech vegetation", why the map is overfull by details and feel "high level".

Do you want difficult control in czech "park" forest? Set it into the green (vegetation boundaries are accurate)
Stone are usualy small (except of few "famous and popular" areas)
Who of us will be absent at WOC 2008 that one is the laziest buzna of all over the world!
