Anders G has made a schedule for how this winters intervals will develop. My planned times are there as well. Think about, and write below what times you plan to run (for me 18-25 resp 36-49) so Anders can divide us into groups:

Of course it's OK to do changes on other things than the speed. If you want to be doing 25 200+200 already next week it's no problem, but I will probably stick to this plan from Mr Garderud.
